Owner's Fact Sheet

  • Trampoline and trampoline water feature:  $5500 
  • The concrete fence was $30,000 around the entire house, not the standard vinal
  • The steel gates $32,000 upgrade
  • The backyard steel trellis/pergola was $25,000. The trellis over the pool gate was $10,000
  • The entire concrete was sealed at $8,000
  • The pool deck with concrete and acid wash and sealing was $45,000
  • Outdoor fireplace was $12,000. 
  • Steel Garden boxes for $7000
  • We have cedar lined patio ceiling and front patio ceiling and casita front and back patio ceiling. I don’t remember the cost but it was probably $15,000  Most people use aluminum. 
  • The brick walls inside the house were an item upgrade for $20,000
  • The brick fireplace was another $15,000 upgrade
  • The wood lined wall in the was $13,000 upgrade
  • Other items that are on the builder report I kept that we paid for upgraded were the stair railing, The wood columns in the main living room or another, The garage doors were about $36,000 because of the windows. Again not a normal door, Humidifier for the master furnace. We added an additional furnace upstairs for master bedroom so I don’t have to run the rest of the house that same temp.
  • All the dark wood doors are custom-made. Those are also one-of-a-kind they were about $2500 a a piece. No one else will have those doors because we had them custom-made, above what the builder was offering. 
  • The ceiling in the living room is 22 feet tall, which is extremely rare to find
  • The main living room also has connections to the Sonos speakers in the wall the ceilings and the subwoofer so it’s basically a theater in the living room as well.
  • There’s a basketball court in the backyard but it also has the garage door so you can wash off your mountain bikes your dirt bikes your cars or a Harley motorcycle  etc.
  • Spotlights route the front yard in the backyard. We have a solar spotlight in the backyard for security. We have a court light for the basketball court. Landscape lighting in the backyard as well as the front yard. 
  • Christmas lights included, all led all custom 
  • Eero mesh Internet network throughout the house and garage and patio. You can get high speed Internet anywhere on the property full speed.

  • The toilet in the master bath is a $6000 fully Integrated automated toilet. It’s not that cheap toilet lid add on to a regular toilet. 
  • The address sign in the front yard is 5 feet wide and has got large lit numbers. 
  • One thing most people don’t notice is our entryway sidewalk goes clear out to the street so people don’t have to walk up the driveway or walk through the grass. It’s something that Ezra Lee does it looks really good. 
  • Separate entryway to the pool for guests on the Casita side of the house with a electronic keypad gate. That is also lit all the way from the street so I guess can come at night to a pool party and not go through the house or in the daytime and walk to the pool from that Casita side of the house.
